- Workouts delivered to you with ability to track your reps/sets, weight etc with a demo video of each exercise of me giving cues/form

Training Program
- Each month consists of a 4 week training program which can be done either in a 4 day split or 5 day split. Each month we will be utilizing a different rep/set scheme along with focus lifts that will build upon each previous month to continue towards progress.
- A gym based program so you will need access to free weights, barbell, bench, squat rack and cable machine

Community
- Access to the private JCF Facebook Community to connect with other likeminded individuals
- Group chat in the app to connect with others
