 *This program is for the intermediate level of strength training and it is recommended that you have 1-2 years experience training prior. If you do not, I have a prerequisite 8 week program called Foundations for you to complete prior to transitioning over to GRIT.*

What you'll get:

  • Monthly Training Program with a 4 or 5 day split through the Trainerize App. You will be able to access the exercise library, record reps/sets/weights, and automatically track progress week to week.

Subscription will automatically renew every month and you will receive the next 4 week training program and continue to have access to the program and app. If you want to cancel, you will need to cancel 7 days prior to  your next billing date and your access to Trainerzie will be deleted after your paid month is completed. 

What You Need:

This is a gym based program and you will need access to:

  • Barbell/Squat Rack
  • Dumbbells
  • Cable Machines
