What You Need:

There are two options for the program - a gym based program or a home program. For the gym based program and you will need access to:

  • Cable Machine
  • Free Weights (dumbbells)
  • Squat Rack Bench
  • Barbells/Curl Bars

For the home program you will need access to:

  • Free Weights (dumbbells)
  • Pull-up assist bands (large loop bands)
